Store Policies

Free Shipping Policy: (when available and profiled on the home page) Free shipping is only available through the Magna Case website. Free shipping is only available within the continental United States (lower 48 states). Shipping service is by DHL Ground Shipping. No credits for free shipping can be applied to upgrades to other shipping methods. Shipping cost will be removed from the checkout process up to a maximum of $35.00

"No Hassle" Return Policy:

At Magna Case our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Magna Case within 14 days of receiving the item(s) (Subject to the rules and policies set forth below), at which time we'll gladly exchange it. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will exclude shipping/handling charges. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all accessories and packaging. International shipping is non-refundable.

Shipping Damage:

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Warranty:

One year limited warranty covers any manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not apply if the case has been damaged by accident, modification, misuse, or unauthorized repair. Please contact customer service at 1-866-553-6064 or your dealer to make arrangements for repairs.

Please contact us at 1-866-553-6064 (M-F 9-5 EST) if you would like to place your order securley over the phone via credit card. All checks and money orders need 7 days to clear before merchandise can be shipped.
